Clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia
Objective To study the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into combined treatment group(treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with Shensong Yangxin capsules)and single treatment group(treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets),with 48 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function classification of the combined treatment group was better than that of the single treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output,cardiac index and ejection fraction of the combined treatment group were higher than those of the single treatment group(P＜0.05).The incidences of ventricular premature contraction,atrial premature contraction,junctional premature contraction and short atrial fibrillation in the combined treatment group were less than those in the single treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of ischemic occurrence and total ischemic load in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,and the duration of ischemia was shorter than that in the single treatment group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets has a significant effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,which can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and improve cardiac function.
