Study on the relationship between hepatitis B markers,Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA in pregnant patients with chronic hepatitis B
Objective To study the relationship between hepatitis B markers,Pre-S1 antigen(Pre-S1 Ag)and hepatitis B virus-DNA(HBV-DNA)in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods A total of 100 pregnant patients with CHB admitted in our Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the results of HBV-DNA quantitave determination, the patients were divided into positive group and negative group, with 50 cases in each group. The hepatitis B markers,Pre-S1Ag levels, liver function indexes and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups;the correlation between hepatitis B markers,Pre-S1Ag,liver function indexes and HBV-DNA in pregnant patients with CHB were analyzed. Results The levels of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)and Pre-S1Ag in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group, and the levels of hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb),hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb)and hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb)were lower than those in the negative group(P<0.05).The levels of liver function indexes in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group(P<0.05).The incidences of cesarean section, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage and amniotic fluid fecal staining in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that HBsAg,HBeAg,Pre-S1Ag and liver function indexes of pregnant patients with CHB were positively correlated with HBV-DNA,while HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb were negatively correlated with HBV-DNA(P<0.05).Conclusion HBV-DNA is closely related to hepatitis B markers,Pre-S1Ag and liver function indexes in pregnant patients with CHB.
