Effect of high-dose vitamin C combined with ulinastatin and somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and its influence on liver and kidney function
Objective To investigate the effect of high-dose vitamin C combined with ulinastatin and somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and its influence on liver and kidney function.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ulinastatin and somatostatin,and the observation group was treated with high-dose vitamin C on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver and kidney function indexes,fatty acid binding protein 4(FABP4)and miR-369-5p expression were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in the levels of amylase(AMY),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of AMY,ALT,BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the expression levels of FABP4 and miR-369-5p between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of FABP4 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the expression level of miR-369-5p was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose vitamin C combined with ulinastatin and somatostatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis can not only improve the overall efficacy,but also promote the recovery of liver and kidney function,and regulate the levels of FABP4 and miR-369-5p,which is worth promoting.
