目的 探讨左氧氟沙星结合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗支气管哮喘伴肺部感染的效果及对细菌清除率的影响.方法 选取2020年12月至2022年12月接受治疗的100例支气管哮喘伴肺部感染患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组采用左氧氟沙星结合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的细菌总清除率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 左氧氟沙星结合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠能减轻支气管哮喘合并肺部感染患者的炎症反应,改善血氧指标,促进肺功能恢复,提升抗菌效果,且不良反应发生率较低.
Objective To investigate the effect of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection and its influence on bacterial clearance rate.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection who were treated from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the total bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection,improve the blood oxygen index,promote the recovery of lung function,elevate the antibacterial effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
