Effect of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection and its influence on bacterial clearance rate
Objective To investigate the effect of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection and its influence on bacterial clearance rate. Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection who were treated from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium, and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the total bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with bronchial asthma and pulmonary infection, improve the blood oxygen index, promote the recovery of lung function, elevate the antibacterial effect, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
