Clinical effect of live Bacillus Licheniformis capsule in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of live Bacillus Licheniformis capsule in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into conventional group(50 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(50 cases,routine treatment+live Bacillus Licheniformis capsule treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the recovery time of stool frequency and stool character were shorter than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the numbers of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were more than those in the conventional group,and the number of Enterobacter was less than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell(WBC),gastrin(GAS),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Live Bacillus Licheniformis capsule in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome can achieve safe and efficient ideal effect.
