Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of blood routine biochemical test in patients with hyperlipidemia and its preventive effect on complications. Methods Sixty patients with hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included in observation group, and 60 healthy volunteers who were admitted in the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. The blood routine and biochemical indexes of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The levels of apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the hemoglobin(Hb),absolute neutrophil count(ANC),fasting blood glucose(FBG),platelet count(PLT),and white blood cell count(WBC)were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and albumin/globulin(A/G)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of albumin(ALB)and total bilirubin(TBIL)were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine biochemical test has a high diagnostic value for patients with hyperlipidemia.Clinically, targeted treatment for patients with test results can effectively prevent related complications.
