Effects of patient participatory decision-making combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on risk perception and cardiac rehabilitation of patients after emergency PCI
Objective To explore the effects of patient participatory decision-making combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on risk perception and cardiac rehabilitation of patients after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 176 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency PCI in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 88 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing after emergency PCI,and the observation group received patient participatory decision-making combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of social psychological risk, physical diagnosis and treatment risk and economic risk in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the cardiac output(CO)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Decision Conflict Scale(DCS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patient participatory decision-making combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing for emergency PCI postoperative nursing can reduce patients'risk perception and decision-making conflict, help to improve nursing satisfaction and cardiac rehabilitation effect, which is worthy of promotion.
