Effects of prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention on postpartum breastfeeding ability and infant-rearing ability of primipara
Objective To explore the effects of prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention on postpartum breastfeeding ability and infant-rearing ability of primipara.Methods A total of 100 primiparas from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the primiparas were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(50 cases,the prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention on the basis of the control group).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of theoretical knowledge,feeding confidence and feeding ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of neonatal touch,bath and umbilical care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the neonatal body length of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the neonatal body weight was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention can not only improve the postpartum breastfeeding ability and infant-rearing ability of primipara,but also effectively promote the growth and development of newborns,which is worthy of promotion.
