Objective To analyze the effects of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing on postoperative pain and wound healing of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing plan,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 15 d after surgery,the Pain Rating I ndex-Sensory(PRI-S),Pain Rating Index-Affective(PRI-A),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Present Pain Intensity(PPI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).At 15 d after operation,the wound healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 15 d after operation,the levels of substance P(SP)and fibronectin(FN)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing can reduce the pain of patients after hemorrhoids surgery and promote wound healing.
