Effects of staged nursing intervention based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment model on thrombosis and platelet activity in patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery
Objective To explore the effects of staged nursing intervention based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment model on thrombosis and platelet activity in patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received staged nursing intervention based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment model on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the platelet count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW)and platelet aggregation rate(PAR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the blood flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged nursing intervention based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment model for postoperative nursing of intracranial aneurysms can improve platelet activity and cerebral blood flow velocity, reduce thrombosis, which is worthy of promotion.
