趣味游戏式功能干预联合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式对哮喘患儿治疗配合度及症状控制情况的影响

目的 探讨趣味游戏式功能干预联合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式对哮喘患儿治疗配合度及症状控制情况的影响.方法 选取2020年4月至2022年10月我院收治的80例哮喘患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施趣味游戏式功能干预结合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式.比较两组的护理效果.结果 观察组的治疗配合度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组患儿家属的认知评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组患儿的儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)及儿科哮喘生命质量调查问卷(PAQLQ)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组患儿的第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及呼气峰流速(PEF)均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 趣味游戏式功能干预联合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式可提高哮喘患儿家属的疾病认知情况,改善患儿的治疗配合度、症状控制情况、生活质量及肺功能,值得推广.
Effects of fun games-type functional intervention combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing model on treatment cooperation and symptom control of children with asthma
Objective To explore the effects of fun games-type functional intervention combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing model on treatment cooperation and symptom control of children with asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with asthma admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given fun games-type functional intervention combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment cooperation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the cognitive score of the family members of children of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Childhood Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)and Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAQLQ)scores of the two groups of children were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)of the two groups of children were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fun games-type functional intervention combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing model can improve the disease cognition of family members of children with asthma,improve the treatment cooperation,symptom control,quality of life and lung function of children,which is worthy of promotion.
