Effects of nursing intervention based on predictive strategy combined with family empowerment psychological counseling on hand joint function and self-perceived burden of patients with hand back burn and skin grafting
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on predictive strategy combined with family empowerment psychological counseling on hand joint function and self-perceived burden of patients with hand back burn and skin grafting.Methods A total of 98 patients with hand back burn and skin grafting admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on predictive strategy combined with family empowerment psychological counseling intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervation effects were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of upper limb function recovery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on predictive strategy combined with family empowerment psychological counseling can not only promote the recovery of hand joint function in patients with hand back burn and skin grafting,but also reduce the self-perceived burden and improve the quality of life.
