Effects of interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing on the atomization inhalation coordination degree and emotional state of children with pneumonia
Objective To explore the effects of interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing on the atomization inhalation coordination degree and emotional state of children with pneumonia. Methods A total of 69 children with pneumonia who were treated with aerosol inhalation in our department from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of atomization inhalation coordination degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Children's Depression Inventory(CDI)and Multidimensional Anxiety Scale for Children(MASC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing can improve the atomization inhalation coordination degree in children with pneumonia, improve the emotional state and lung function, and enhance the satisfaction of family members to nursing, which is worthy of promotion.
