合理情绪疗法结合基于动机保护理论的延续性护理对复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者复发担忧及疾病知信行的影响

摘要
目的 探讨合理情绪疗法结合基于动机保护理论的延续性护理对复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者复发担忧及疾病知信行的影响.方法 选取120例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组60例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施合理情绪疗法结合基于动机保护理论的延续性护理.比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的健康担忧、治疗担忧评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的知识、信念、行为评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的总依从率高于对照组(P＜0.05);随访6个月后,观察组的复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 合理情绪疗法结合基于动机保护理论的延续性护理用于复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者的护理中,可提高疾病知信行水平,减轻复发担忧,降低复发率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of rational emotive therapy combined with continuous nursing based on motivation protection theory on recurrence concern and disease knowledge,attitude and practice in patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rational emotive therapy combined with continuous nursing based on motivation protection theory on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of health concern and treatment concern in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The rational emotive therapy combined with continuous nursing based on motivation protection theory appplied in the nursing of patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis can improve the level of knowledge,attitude and practice of the disease,alleviate the recurrence concern and reduce the recurrence rate.
