Application effect of individualized nursing of ADOPT problem solving model in patients with acute pancreatitis
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing of ADOPT problem solving model in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 200 AP patients admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group(n=100,individualized nursing of ADOPT problem solving model)and control group(n=100,routine nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of cognition and compliance in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-care management ability and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The fever clearance time, recovery to eating time, recovery to ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 73.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing of ADOPT problem solving model can not only improve the cognition,compliance,self-care management ability and self-efficacy of AP patients, but also promote the recovery of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
