基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合分阶段康复训练对髋部骨折术后患者康复锻炼积极性及应对方式的影响

摘要
目的 探究基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合分阶段康复训练在髋部骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2021年1月至2022年2月收治的200例髋部骨折术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组100例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合分阶段康复训练.比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的康复锻炼积极性量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分量表(HHS)评分高于对照组,髋关节主动活动范围大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合分阶段康复训练用于髋部骨折术后护理中,可改善患者应对方式及康复锻炼积极性,促进髋关节功能恢复,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with staged rehabilitation training in patients after hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients after hip fracture surgery treated from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with staged rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Harris Hip Score(HHS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the active range of hip joint was larger than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with staged rehabilitation training for postoperative nursing of hip fracture can improve patients'coping style and enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise,and promote the recovery of hip joint function,which is worthy of promotion.
