Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on patient needs combined with cluster management strategy in perioperative period of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on patient needs combined with cluster management strategy in perioperative period of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention based on patient needs combined with cluster management strategy on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of rehabilitation exercise compliance scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL)and Barthel Index(BI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention based on patient needs combined with cluster management strategy can improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance and self-efficacy of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, promote the recovery of limb function, elevate the quality of life and living ability, and reduce complications.
