Effect of O2O mode based on smart health on pain outcome of cancer pain patients at home
Objective To explore the effect of online to offline(O2O)mode based on smart health on pain outcome of cancer pain patients at home.Methods A total of 106 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Finally,there were 51 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the observation group after excluding droponts.The control group was given telephone follow-up on the basis of routine discharge guidance,and the observation group was given O2O mode based on smart health on this basis.The pain outcome of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of pain intensity and perception of pain management dimension in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the constipation item score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of each item of activity interference dimension,sleep interference dimension and emotional dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The O2O mode based on smart health can reduce the pain intensity of cancer pain patients at home,decrease the interference of sleep and activity,relieve constipation response,improve emotional state,and elevate the perception of pain management.
