Clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke and its influences on HCY and FIB levels
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in the neurology department of the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of medication regimen, the patients were divided into routine group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients were given routine treatment,on this basis, the routine group was treated with aspirin, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the routine group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),homocysteine(HCY),pentraxin 3(PTX3)and fibrinogen(FIB)in the observation group decreased, thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)prolonged, and those in the observation group were better than the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the average blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and basilar artery(BA)in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke can achieve ideal effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
