Application effect of anti-Hp quadruple therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with Hp infection and its influences on serum inflammatory factors levels
Objective To analyze the application effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp)quadruple therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with Hp infection and its influences on serum inflammatory factors levels. Methods A total of 110 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with Hp infection diagnosed and treated in Baoji Second People's Hospital and Baoji Central Hospital from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into routine group(55 cases, symptomatic treatment)and observation group(55 cases,anti-Hp quadruple therapy). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC),gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Anti-Hp quadruple therapy can achieve ideal results in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with Hp infection, which can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and inflammatory factors, regulate gastric function, and not increase adverse drug reactions.
