Conventional ultrasound diagnosis analysis of 58 cases of atypical breast cancer
Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of atypical breast cancer. Methods A total of 58 patients with atypical breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The ultrasonographic features of atypical breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed, and the application value of ultrasound diagnosis was evaluated. Results The ultrasonic manifestations of 58 cases of atypical breast cancer were as follows:13 cases of cystic-solid mixed type,17 cases of ductal dilatation type,16 cases of patchy low echo area type,1 case of small nodular type,10 cases of microcalcification type and 1 case of occult type.Among them, there were 46 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma,3 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma,3 cases of invasive papillary carcinoma,3 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ,1 case of mucinous carcinoma and 2 cases of mixed invasive carcinoma. Conclusion Fully understanding the ultrasonographic features of atypical breast cancer is of great help to improve the diagnostic coincidence rate,if necessary,ultrasound-guided biopsy of suspicious cases can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
