Application effect of Yigui Ankun decoction in patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation
Objective To investigate the application effect of Yigui Ankun decoction in patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation.Methods A total of 46 patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoyao pills orally,and the experimental group was treated with Y igui A nkun decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the modified Kupperman score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and there was no medication discomfort during the follow-up.Conclusion Yigui Ankun decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,functional status and quality of life of patients with menopausal syndrome after gynecological malignant tumor operation,has better curative effect,and with no obvious adverse reaction.
