Application of"1+N"4C mode in the continuous nursing of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Objective To explore the application value of"1+N"4C mode in the continuous nursing of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in our department from January to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases, routine continuous nursing)and observation group(30 cases,"1+N"4C mode continuous nursing)by random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"1+N"4C mode can enhance the effect of blood glucose control and the awareness rate of health education, improve the nerve conduction velocity and elevate the quality of life of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
