Effects of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with empathy nursing on hope level and psychological resilience of young uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with empathy nursing in young uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods A total of 90 young uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with empathy nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Herth Hope Index(HHI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of serum potassium, serum phosphorus and weight gain during interdialysis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with empathy nursing can help improve the hope level and psychological resilience of young uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis, elevate treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
