Effect of thrombosis risk assessment table combined with cluster nursing on prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after orthopedic surgery
Objective To explore the effect of thrombosis risk assessment table combined with cluster nursing on prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 100 children with orthopedic surgery admitted from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given thrombosis risk assessment table combined with cluster nursing.The blood flow velocity of lower limbs,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,the quality of nursing of nursing staff and the nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood flow velocity of superficial femoral vein,common femoral vein and popliteal vein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of specialized nursing,ward management,disease observation and response of nursing staffs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thrombosis risk assessment table combined with cluster nursing can improve the hemodynamics of lower limbs after orthopedic surgery,reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of family members.
