Effects of humanistic care combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model on the quality of life,hope level and psychological mood of patients with ovarian cancer after operation
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model in patients with ovarian cancer after operation.Methods A total of 68 patients with ovarian cancer received in our hospital were selected for study.According to different nursing schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given humanistic care combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model after operation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of Self-Perceived Burden Scale for Cancer Patients(SPBS-CP),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the follow-up,the scores of each subscale and total score of Herth Hope Index(HHI),the scores of each dimension of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model in patients with ovarian cancer after operation has a significant application effect.
