Application effect of staged nursing mode in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure and its influence on compliance
Objective To observe the application effect of staged nursing mode in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure and its influence on compliance. Methods A total of 100 maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing method of chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis, and the experimental group was given staged nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the treatment compliance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of health maintenance knowledge,self-concept,self-responsibility and self-care skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage nursing mode can improve the treatment compliance and self-care ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients, reduce the self-perceived burden and the incidence of complications, which is worthy of application and popularization.
