Effect of Flexi-bar exercise rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor muscle training on the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with pelvic floor relaxation after cesarean section
Objective To analyze the effect of Flexi-bar exercise rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor muscle training on the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with pelvic floor relaxation after cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 patients with pelvic floor relaxation after cesarean section admitted in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into muscle training group and combined intervention group, with 40 cases in each group. The muscle training group was given pelvic floor muscle training, and the combined intervention group was given Flexi-bar exercise rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor muscle training. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, bladder compliance(BC),maximum urethral pressure(PMU)and maximum urethral closure pressure(PMUC)in the combined intervention group were higher than those in the muscle training group(P<0.05).After intervention, the systolic pressure and resting pressure of the combined intervention group were higher than those of the muscle training group, and the duration of vaginal contraction was longer than that of the muscle training group(P<0.05).After intervention, the potential values of typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers in the combined intervention group were higher than those in the muscle training group(P<0.05).After intervention, the sexual life satisfaction score of the combined intervention group was higher than that of the muscle training group, and the sexual pain score was lower than that of the muscle training group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the combined intervention group was higher than that in the muscle training group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexi-bar exercise rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor muscle training can effectively promote pelvic floor function recovery in patients with pelvic floor relaxation after cesarean section, which is worth applying and promoting in clinic.
