Effects of health education based on motivational stimulation strategy combined with empathy nursing on disease perceived stress and self-care ability of patients with chronic cervicitis
Objective To explore the effects of health education based on motivational stimulation strategy combined with empathy nursing on disease perceived stress and self-care ability of patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given health education based on motivational stimulation strategy combined with empathy nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of medication compliance, personal hygiene,high-risk sexual behavior and regular examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education based on motivational stimulation strategy combined with empathy nursing can not only reduce the disease perception pressure of patients with chronic cervicitis, enhance self-care ability, but also effectively improve the level of health behavior, which is worthy of promotion.
