Application effect of nursing mode based on stress system theory combined with cluster nursing strategy in patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mode based on stress system theory combined with cluster nursing strategy in patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy. Methods A total of 106 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with thrombolysis from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing mode based on stress system theory combined with cluster nursing strategy on the basis of the control group. The psychological resilience,post-traumatic growth, coping style and neurological factors levels were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode based on stress system theory combined with cluster nursing strategy can improve the psychological resilience of patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy, promote post-traumatic growth level, change coping style and regulate the levels of nerve factors, which is worthy of promotion.
