Effects of group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management on weight management and blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To explore the effects of group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management on weight management and blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 110 pregnant women with GDM admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the body mass index(BMI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),triglyceride(TG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse outcomes of pregnancy and perinatal infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management for GDM pregnant women can not only improve their self-management ability and weight management quality, but also enhance the effect of blood glucose control and reduce the incidences of adverse outcomes of pregnancy and perinatal infants.
