目的 通过Meta分析评价Vitapex联合米诺环素治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果。方法 通过PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane-Central、知网、万方及维普数据库,检索Vitapex联合米诺环素治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间从建库至2023年10月。由2名研究员按纳入及排除标准独立筛选文献并提取资料,评价纳入研究的方法学质量。采用RevMan5。4软件对最终符合纳入标准的研究数据进行统计学分析。结果 最终纳入11篇文献,共1 232例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组的探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)改变量大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。00001)。结论 Vitapex联合米诺环素治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果更显著。但由于本研究纳入文献数量较少、质量不一,尚有不足,未来需要有更多大样本、高质量的研究予以证实此结论。
Meta-analysis of the effect of Vitapex combined with minocycline in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions
Objective To evaluate the effect of Vitapex combined with minocycline in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions by Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane-Central,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched for randomized controlled trial(RCT)of Vitapex combined with minocycline in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions from inception to October 2023.Two researchers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and extracted the data to evaluate the methodological quality of the included studies.RevMan5.4 software was used for statistical analysis of the research data that finally met the inclusion criteria.Results A total of 11 articles involving 1 232 patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the changes of pocket depth(PD),bleeding index(BI),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.00001).Conclusion Vitapex combined with minocycline is more effective in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions.However,due to the small number of literatures included in this study,the quality is different,and there are still deficiencies,in the future,more large-sample and high-quality studies are needed to confirm this conclusion.
