Correlation between psychological burden,self-management ability,hope level and social support in patients with hepatitis B virus infection
Objective To explore the correlation between psychological burden,self-management ability,hope level and social support in patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention.Methods A total of 82 patients with HBV infection who were admitted in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as infection group,and 164 healthy subjects were selected as healthy group.The clinical data of the two groups were collected,and the Social Support Revalued Scale(SSRS),the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS),and the Herth Hope Index(HHI)were used to score.The scores of social support,psychological burden,self-management ability and hope level were compared between the two groups;the influencing factors of social support level in patients with HBV infection were analyzed.Results The each dimension scores and total score of social support,self-management ability,hope level in the infection group were lower than those in the healthy group,and the each dimension scores and total score of psychological burden was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,payment method,family per capita monthly income,psychological burden,self-management ability and hope level were the influencing factors of social support level in patients with HBV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The social support level of patients with HBV infection is different from that of healthy people,and it is related to their self-management ability,psychological burden level and hope level.Clinically,relevant nursing measures can be formulated accordingly to improve the social support level of patients and strengthen disease management.
