Effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its influences on the levels of HMGB1,GM-CSF and CGRP
Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 103 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=52)by random number table method. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment and metoprolol treatment, and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the duration of angina pectoris and the frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)and granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the carotid femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV)and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the ankle brachial index(ABI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can regulate the levels of HMGB1,GM-CSF and CGRP,improve arterial stiffness, shorten the duration of angina pectoris, reduce the frequency of angina pectoris, and have high safety.
