Effect of edaravone and dexborneol combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis on serum oxidative stress level in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus
Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone and dextrorphan combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 50 patients with ACI complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group(25 cases, urokinase intravenous thrombolysis)and study group(25 cases, edaravone and dexborneol combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis)according to different treatment schemes. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule(ALCAM),plateletendothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(PECAM-1)and clusterin(CLU)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the mean blood flow velocity, diastolic blood flow velocity and systolic peak blood flow velocity of cerebral artery in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the intima-media thickness(IMT)was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the N-acetyl aspartic acid(NAA)/creatine(Cr)and the fractional anisotropy of corpus callosum lateral bundle and inferior fronto-occipital bundle in the study group were larger than those in the control group, and choline(Cho)/Cr was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone and dexborneol combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis has a good effect in the treatment of ACI patients complicated with diabetes mellitus.
