Effect of edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 102 ACI patients admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(51 cases, alteplase intravenous thrombolysis)and study group(51 cases, edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis)by random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the mean blood flow velocity(Vmean),mean blood flow(Qmean)and relative expression of miRNA-24 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the cerebral vascular resistance(R),wave velocity(WV)and relative expression of miRNA-233 were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score was higher than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ACI patients has a significant effect, which can regulate cerebral circulation dynamics, improve neurotrophic status and prognosis of patients, and has higher application value.
