Effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection
Objective To analyze the effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods A total of 100 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection admitted in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the routine group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen Ⅰ and pepsinogen Ⅱ in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the CD8+was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection has significant effect. It can quickly eliminate inflammatory reactions and regulate gastric function, and has good safety.
