Effects of complete laparoscopic radical surgery by NOSE on anal exhaust time and hospital stay in patients with colorectal cancer
Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of complete laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer patients by natural orifice specimen extraction(NOSE).Methods A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into conventional group(50 cases, treated with routine laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer)and observation group(50 cases, treated with complete laparoscopic radical surgery by NOSE).The surgical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05);the anal exhaust time, intestinal peristalsis time, bedridden time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),prostaglandin(PGE2),myeloperoxidase(MPO),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-17(IL-17)between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation, the levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ,PGE2,MPO,hs-CRP and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The complete laparoscopic radical surgery by NOSE in the treatment of colorectal cancer has significant effect and high safety.
