Effect of total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy combined with delta-shaped anastomosis in the treatment of gastric cancer and its influence on gastrointestinal motility function
Objective To investigate the effect of total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy combined with delta-shaped anastomosis in the treatment of gastric cancer and its influence on gastrointestinal motility function. Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy combined with tubular anastomosis, and the observation group was treated with total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy combined with delta-shaped anastomosis. The surgical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, bowel sound recovery time, first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of albumin(ALB),transferring(TRF)and hemoglobin(HB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy combined with delta-shaped anastomosis for gastric cancer patients can shorten the operation time, recovery time of bowel sounds, first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility function and improve nutritional status, which is worthy of promotion and application.
