Clinical effect of compound gosspol acetate tablets combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with compound gossypol acetate tablets and mifepristone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56％,which was higher than 77.78％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the fibroid volume and uterine volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradial(E2)and progesterone(P)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total protein(TP)and total bilirubin(TBIL)between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids has a significant effect,it can not only regulate hormones levels,reduce fibroid volume and uterine volume,but also not affect the liver function of patients,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
