Application value of multiple method assisted non-entire drug conversion in common children antimicrobial drug dispensing of intravenous drug dispensing center
Objective To analyze the application value of multiple method assisted non-entire drug conversion in common children antimicrobial drug dispensing of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods A total of 300 medical orders received and dispensed by the intravenous drug dispensing center from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into multiple method group(150 copies)and reduction method group(150 copies)by computer numbering random number table method.The multiple method group selected the multiple method to complete the conversion of non-entire drug,and the reduction method group selected the reduction method to complete the conversion of non-entire drug.The medical orders were summarized and sorted out,and the time required for drug dispensing was compared between the two groups;the physical energy saving and satisfaction of 40 dispensing personnel in the intravenous drug dispensing center were analyzed.Results The time required for the dispensing of ceftazidime,ceftriaxone,cefuroxime,cefazolin,cefoperazone and sulbactam,cefmetazole sodium,imipenem,meropenem,azithromycin,vancomycin,acyclovir,ganciclovir,piperacillin tazobactam and latamoxef sodium in the multiple method group were shorter than those in the reduction method group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of elbow fatigue,wrist pain,waist discomfort and neck and shoulder discomfort in the multiple method group were lower than those in the reduction method group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the multiple method group was higher than that of the reduction method group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multiple method assisted non-entire drug conversion has high value in the common children antimicrobial drug dispensing of intravenous drug dispensing center,which can shorten the time required for dispensing drugs and save the physical fitness of the dispensing personnel,which is worthy promoting and application.
