Effect of laparoscopic surgical reduction in the treatment of pediatric intussusception and its influence on T lymphocyte level
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgical reduction in the treatment of pediatric intussusception and its influence on T lymphocyte level. Methods A total of 56 children with intussusception admitted in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan, the children were divided into control group and study group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received open surgery, and the study group received laparoscopic surgical reduction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The first anal exhaust time, ambulation time, diet recovery time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the success rate of reduction between the two groups(P>0.05).At 24 h after operation, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),pentamerin 3(PTX3)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups increased, but those in the study group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation, the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the CD8+was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical reduction is effective in the treatment of pediatric intussusception. The postoperative inflammatory response is mild, and the effect on immune index is small. The method can promote the postoperative recovery of children and has high application value.
