麻芍平喘汤在支气管哮喘(冷哮证)中的应用效果及对气道重塑的影响

摘要
目的 探讨麻芍平喘汤在支气管哮喘(冷哮证)中的应用效果及对气道重塑的影响.方法 选取2018年1月至2022年5月收治的103例支气管哮喘(冷哮证)患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=53).对照组采取常规西药方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用麻芍平喘汤治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的辅助性T细胞1(Th1)及辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2(Th1/Th2)高于对照组,Th2低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 麻芍平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘(冷哮证)患者的效果显著,能有效抑制气道重塑,还能调节Th1/Th2平衡,值得临床应用与推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Mashao Pingchuan decoction in bronchial asthma(cold asthma syndrome)and its influence on airway remodeling.Methods A total of 103 patients with bronchial asthma(cold asthma syndrome)admitted from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=53)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine regimen,and the observation group was treated with Mashao Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),osteopontin(OPN)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the helper T cell 1(Th1)and helper T cell 1(Th1)/helper T cell 2(Th1/Th2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the Th2 was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Mashao Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma(cold asthma syndrome)has a significant effect.It can effectively inhibit airway remodeling and regulate Th1/Th2 balance,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
