Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaoji prescription"soda biscuit"in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 80 patients with NAFLD who were admitted in the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Minhang District from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given diet control and aerobic exercise,and the observation group was given Jianpi Xiaoji prescription"soda biscuit"on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of disease prognosis were analyzed.Results After treatment,the body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the level ofγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the imaging grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);no adverse events occurred in the two groups.Multivariate ordinal Logistic regression analysis showed that age and course of disease were the influencing factors of the prognosis of NAFLD patients treated with Jianpi Xiaoji prescription"soda biscuit"(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jianpi Xiaoji prescription"soda biscuit"in the treatment of NAFLD patients has better effect;age and course of disease are the influencing factors of disease prognosis.
