渐进式康复护理在脊柱肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果及对HRQoL评分的影响

摘要
目的 探讨渐进式康复护理在脊柱肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果及对健康相关生活质量(HRQoL)评分的影响.方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的90例接受脊柱肿瘤术治疗的患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45例,常规康复护理)和观察组(45例,渐进式康复护理).比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、癌因性疲乏程度、生活质量及日常生活能力.结果 护理后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组的Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)各维度评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理前,两组的症状、影响、活动及Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组的症状、影响、活动及Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 渐进式康复护理在脊柱肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果显著,可有效改善负性情绪,减轻疼痛程度,降低癌因性疲乏程度,提升生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing in patients after spinal tumor surgery and its influence on Health Related Quality of Life(HRQoL)score.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent spinal tumor surgery from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(45 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(45 cases,progressive rehabilitation nursing).The psychological state,pain degree,cancer-related fatigue degree,quality of life and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of symptoms,effects,activities and Barthel index between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of symptoms,effects,activities and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The progressive rehabilitation nursing in patients after spinal tumor surgery has a significant application effect,which can effectively improve negative emotions,reduce pain degree,decrease cancer-related fatigue degree and ameliorate quality of life.
