Objective To explore the application effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing in patients after spinal tumor surgery and its influence on Health Related Quality of Life(HRQoL)score.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent spinal tumor surgery from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(45 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(45 cases,progressive rehabilitation nursing).The psychological state,pain degree,cancer-related fatigue degree,quality of life and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of symptoms,effects,activities and Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of symptoms,effects,activities and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The progressive rehabilitation nursing in patients after spinal tumor surgery has a significant application effect,which can effectively improve negative emotions,reduce pain degree,decrease cancer-related fatigue degree and ameliorate quality of life.
