Objective To explore the application effect of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)risk assessment based on Caprini scale and targeted preventive nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients with femoral neck fracture surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The reference group was given the Autar scale for DVT risk assessment and preventive care, and the study group was given DVT risk assessment based on Caprini scale and targeted preventive nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the PT and APTT of the two groups shortened, but those in the study group were longer than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation, there was no significant difference in the incidence of DVT between the two groups(P>0.05);at 5 and 7 d after operation, the incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and Harris scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 month of follow-up,the ADL and Harris scores of the two groups increased, those of the study group were higher than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion DVT risk assessment based on Caprini scale and targeted preventive nursing can ameliorate the coagulation function of patients with femoral neck fracture surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative DVT,and improve daily living ability and hip joint function.
