Effects of preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention on the occurrence of complications and disease self-perceived burden in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To explore the effects of preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention on the occurrence of complications and disease self-perceived burden in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 95 lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the Generic Quality of Life lnventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention can reduce the incidence of complications in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy, relieve disease self-perceived burden, and improve the quality of life.
