Effects of health education based on the perspective of patient combined with hydrocolloid dressing on the cognitive level, hemorheological indexes and complications of patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing PICC catheterization
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on the perspective of patient combined with hydrocolloid dressing in patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization. Methods A total of 120 patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing PICC catheterization admitted from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing+hydrocolloid dressing intervention, and the observation group received health education based on the perspective of patient on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of health knowledge, health belief and health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the plasma viscosity(PV)and red cell assembling index(AI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of PICC-related complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 18.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on the perspective of patient combined with hydrocolloid dressing for the nursing of patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing PICC catheterization can improve cognitive level, regulate hemorheological indexes, and reduce the risk of PICC-related complications, which is worthy of promotion.
