Effects of psychological reconstruction based on reading therapy combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on fear and self-efficacy of pregnant women with abnormal prenatal fetal heart rate monitoring
Objective To explore the effects of psychological reconstruction based on reading therapy combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on fear and self-efficacy of pregnant women with abnormal prenatal fetal heart rate monitoring. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women who underwent prenatal fetal heart rate monitoring and showed abnormalities in the hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. The pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented psychological reconstruction based on reading therapy combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Childbirth Attitudes Questionnaires(CAQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and psychological resilience scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological reconstruction based on reading therapy combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education can relieve the fear of pregnant women with abnormal prenatal fetal heart rate monitoring, improve self-efficacy and psychological resilience, make them actively cooperate with medical staff, and reduce cesarean section and adverse pregnancy events, which is worthy of promotion.
