Anesthetic effect of different doses of alfentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy in female patients
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of different doses of alfentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy in female patients. Methods A total of 400 female patients who were ready to undergo painless gastroscopy in the endoscopy center outpatient of Nantong Tongzhou People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into groups A,B,C and D by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The groups A,B and C were slowly intravenously injected with 2,3 and 5 μg/kg of alfentanil, respectively, and the group D was intravenously injected with 0.1 μg/kg of sufentanil. After 2 min,the patients were slowly injected with 1.5 mg/kg of propofol. The anesthetic effects of the four groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the first induction success rate and recovery time among the four groups of patients(P>0.05);there were significant differences in the time of falling asleep and the dosage of propofol among the four groups of patients(P<0.05);the time of falling asleep in the group C was shorter than that in the groups A,B and D,and the dosage of propofol in the group A was more than that in the groups B,C and D,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)among the four groups before anesthesia(T0),immediately after insertion(T1),3 min after operation(T2)and immediately after recovery(T3)(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of hypoxemia, hypotension, bradycardia and dizziness during anesthesia among the four groups of patients(P>0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the four groups during anesthesia(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the group B was lower than that in the groups A,C and D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3 μg/kg alfentanil combined with propofol applied in painless gastroscopy for female patients can not only decline the influence of anesthetic drugs on the circulatory system, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting during anesthesia.
